High-Temperature Black Silicone K2 BLACK SILICONE +350°C 21 G

This high-quality silicone has a unique ability to perfectly adapt to the surfaces to be sealed and withstand high temperatures up to 350°C. It meets the requirements of automotive manufacturers (O.E.M. - Original Equipment Manufacturer), providing a reliable replacement for traditional seals such as cork, paper, felt, asbestos, and rubber.

Product Features

Thanks to the SENSOR SAFE formula, the silicone is safe for lambda sensors used in modern cars with electronic fuel injection. It is resistant to oils, greases, cooling liquids, etc., making it an ideal choice for all makes and models of cars.

Application

The high-temperature black silicone K2 BLACK SILICONE can be used for sealing various car components that require tightness and high-temperature resistance, including valve covers, thermostat gaskets, oil pans, camshaft covers, water pumps, rear axle covers, and many other parts.

Instructions for Use

  1. The surface must be dry, free of dust, dirt, grease, and remnants of old sealant.
  2. Apply a small amount of silicone to the surface.
  3. Remove excess with a knife dipped in soapy water.
  4. The sealant will begin to dry after 5 minutes, becoming touch-resistant after 1 hour. Complete drying occurs within 24 hours.
  5. Excess hardened silicone can be removed with a sharp tool.
  6. Close the tube after each use.
